In this case some of the vulnerable issues –

       (i) Inhuman Treatment and Negligence: The PIL brings forward serious concerns regarding the subpar conditions inside rehabilitation centres across India. It alleges that children with disabilities face institutional neglect and cruel, inhuman treatment.
