Bar council of India will file an application In supreme court against previous order, In which newly Law graduate could sit in judicial services exam. BCI is stating that minimum 3 year practical experience should be necessary for law graduate to sit in judicial services exam because most of the newly judicial officers are incapable of dealing matter and show decency towards advocates. On the other hand, most of the Judicial officers have found impolite to the bar members and litigants. 

BCI in his press conference added that “The inexperience at the Bar is one of the primary and major reasons for delays in the disposal of cases in the sub-ordinate Judiciary Trained and experienced judicial officers can comprehend and dispose of matters at a much faster pace, thereby leading to efficient administration of justice”, 
BCI said that they will soon file an application for change of the SC 2002 Order in the case of “All India Judge Association v Union of India ”  held that No requirements of 3 year experience to sit in judicial service exam.
