You must also develop a listening skill because a lawyer needs to understand the thoughts process of the client. you always hear lawyers are readers so, from the beginning of college, you should work on reading ability to increase critical thinking that will help you to understand the complex legal statute, judgement writing and other written material. Secondly, Extra-curricular activities prepare you apart from the book and enhance your soft skills such as public relation, teamwork and management skills. It includes moot court competition, paper presentation, writing a research paper, client counselling and debate. It will improve thought process and your attitude.
